Jim Coleman — Pastor

Jim Coleman, along with wife Pam and a dozen others, planted ALC in the fall of 2003, when we began meeting in the Town Hall community room. Moved into our current facility in July of 2005 and have been growing faith ever since. Jim and Pam currently have over 50 in their extended family, including 35 grandchildren plus two great grandsons. ALC was our 7th church plant but now is an established church with the EFCA. Pam and I are still 'under construction' by the Lord and loving the process. To God be the glory!

Josh Duncan — Pastor

Hi! My family and I are very excited to be part of the Abundant Life extension of Christ’s Family. My name is Josh Duncan and here’s a little about me: I am a Colorado Native and grew up in Denver, CO. I have been married to my beautiful wife Jennifer since 2004 and we have 3 great children still under their teenage years. I served a decade or so in the US Coast Guard and served on the North, West, and East Coasts until the Lord called me to pursue a life in His ministry. I separated from Active Duty, studying at and graduating from Denver Seminary with my Master of Divinity degree. My ministry hats include Pastor here at ALC and Chaplain to the Mountain Infantry in the Colorado Army National Guard, 10th Mountain Division (Climb to Glory!). I’m an easy-going guy who likes to add levity to everything I can, but I hear I can be serious if I need to be. I love diving into the Word and have a huge heart for preaching and shepherding in the local church. Blessings to you!

Keith Kettler — Elder

It is my privilege to serve as one of the elders at ALC where we are an elder-led, but congregationally-governed church. Imperfect as I am, I love serving my church family where I can, and thrive on watching people grow in their faith and using the gifts God has given them to serve Him and His Church.

Bill Barnes — Elder

Bill serves on the Elder Board and has attended ALC for more than 11 years. When he isn’t helping at church, you can find him out on one of his beloved John Deere tractors getting some farming done, or making magic happen in his machine shop, turning metal into amazing new things. Bill and his wife of 30+ years have 2 grown children. To Bill, church is home and the congregation is family. It just doesn’t get any better than that!

Pam Coleman — Children's Ministry Coordinator

Pam has a heart for children and a gift of teaching. She homeschooled all ten Coleman children and continues to teach and guide ALC's young hearts and minds to follow Jesus.

Jen Duncan — Nursery Coordinator

Nick Buderus — Youth Ministry

My family and I joined ALC in early 2020 (we were lured in by the sign). I have been married to my beautiful wife Michelle since 2008 and we have three daughters. I grew up on a farm in northern Colorado and am grateful for my upbringing. Before joining ALC, I had the opportunity to volunteer with several organizations: I was a volunteer high school football coach for 4 years, a volunteer firefighter for 5 years, and a Kids Hope mentor for 4 years. I was blessed to have great parents, coaches, mentors and friends who poured into me and instilled the importance of doing the same for others. I enjoy working with youth because that's about as far as my maturity has developed. The world puts out obstacles, deceptive turns, and dead ends on the path for the youth of every generation. The youth of this generation seem to be facing many of the same but many different challenges from what I grew up with. My goal with our youth group is to help our young people put on the full armor of God (Eph 6:10-17) and help prepare them for the road ahead. We might even have some fun in the process.

On the rare occasions that I act like a grown up I enjoy working on our small acreage and taking care of livestock. I'm also an avid outdoorsman and enjoy strongman training. Youth Group meets on Tuesdays from 7:00-8:30p.m. here at the church.

Erin Coleman — Worship/Music Leader

Erin grew up in a farming community in eastern Nebraska. She met the Lord in her early teens and discovered her love of worship music. Erin met her future husband Jeremy while backpacking in Colorado with her youth group. They have been married over 20 years and have 3 acceptable children and 1 son in law. Jeremy served in the Air Force which brought them to Wyoming and then Belgium until they they left the military in 2003 and moved to Colorado to help start Abundant Life Church. Erin has been a part of the ALC worship team since day one, and has been serving as the Worship Leader since January 2021.
